Bol d'Oregon 6hr Race PNW Trip
Wednesday, Sept 28th 2021 -Take early flight out of Philly, direct to Seattle. -Get picked up my friend of 11 years Kristen, drive to Ballard, eat delicious salmon chowder (4pm eastern time). Starts to rain. -Drive over to Seattle aquarium, enjoy the fish and sea otters. Clown fish and anemones are neat. -Walk up to Pike place, see fish getting thrown, buy a book, and look at the map store. Head back down to car, and see a parking ticket oops. -Drive to Georgetown neighborhood. Go to Georgetown brewery, get 10% porter (0-hero) yikes. Sit in rain by the fire. -Head to the little strip of dives and eateries in Georgetown. Play a little pinball, drink a few beers, have some very high quality conversation. Roam the alley a bit and chat. -Drive around South of Beacon Hill. Find a park, play in the playground in the dark like normal weirdo northwest kids do. -Get dropped off for the Bus to Tacoma near Pioneer square. Take bus home to Tacoma, lyft to parents house before midnight.
